The cotton polyester fabric naturally provides minimal water resistance from fine mist aerosols and splatter. The scrub gown is lightweight, comfortable, and breathable. The high knit collar has a “hoop and lock” fastener system in the back so no more twisting shoulders backwards to tie strings together. The collar can be folded down and still provide significant protection. The “hoop and lock” system is easily released with a nylon pull loop attached to the back of the collar. The nylon pull loop provides easy removal and hanging once doffed. An additional nylon loop is attached to the inside of the left shoulder to aid in the doffing process and adds additional support when hanging. The 4” cuffs provide protection and are long enough to don gloves over them. The cuffs can also be folded back if desired and still provide adequate protection.

The tailored open apron style back makes it easy to sit without pulling the neckline, choking the healthcare provider, or popping buttons when extending our legs. The wider panels provide optimal coverage of the pants when seated. The belts crisscross in the back and tie in the front or can be secured in the back depending on personal comfort. The new design provides ease when donning and doffing, comfort and improved protective coverage.
The scrub gown is washable allowing for reuse and is manufactured from a cotton and polyester blend which can decompose helping to protect the environment.
*Some wrinkles may develop after washing due to the natural elements of the fabric after treatment with the durable water repellent solution.
**Drying the garment on medium will help reduce the wrinkles but may also reduce the life of the durable water repellent treatment.
